About The Astral Annex
The Astral Annex — a host of scenes from "Bizarre Tales" — is a collection of recovered VHS tapes from a long-gone past. Blended together from the years of sitting, each tape appears to have multiple episodes acting as one, making it difficult to piece together what once was.
Each tape of "Bizarre Tales" is still being slowly recovered; while a full restoration will never be possible, all recovery is available through the Rotary Reader, which acts as an interface for reading each recovered chapter and entry. For now, episodes about Johnny Packer's adventure into the woods or Sam McMahon's historical entries from "The Spell of the Scablands" have been somewhat recovered, with only a few elements lost to time itself.
